Controlling severe bleeding.
Applying pressure bandages.
Treating wounds and burns.
Shock and Trauma:
Recognizing signs of shock.
Managing fractures, sprains, and strains.
Principles of splinting.
Medical Emergencies:
Identifying heart attacks, strokes, and diabetic emergencies.
Allergic reactions and poisoning.
Environmental Emergencies:
Heat exhaustion, heat stroke, and hypothermia.
First aid for insect bites and stings.
Objectives
Equip participants with essential first-aid skills.
Build confidence in responding to emergencies.
Promote a culture of safety and preparedness.
Equipment Needed
Training manikins for CPR practice.
Bandages, dressings, and first aid supplies.
AED training devices (if available).

Prerequisites
No specific prior knowledge is required. Participants should have a willingness to learn and actively participate.
